BRIEF
An initial meeting at the showroom to discuss your project allows us to understand what you are looking for and gives you the opportunity to see some of our inspirational bathroom settings and recently completed projects.
DESIGN
We will work on our proposal which will include an outline design, with 3D visuals and a complete component specification. We will then invite you in to go through the details and for you to give us your thoughts. This is a chargeable service to reflect the time and creativity that goes into each project. However, this is refundable on order.
ORDER PLACEMENT
When you are ready to proceed, we will take a deposit payment and co-ordinate delivery. Delivery times vary, we recommend allowing up to 8 weeks for some items. Balance payment will be required prior to delivery.
